Taking care of people is in Claude’s blood. Literally. Growing up in France, Claude’s parents owned a brasserie and he learned the art of hospitality at a young age. He dreamed of being a fireman as a young boy, so he could serve the public, and his time as a boy scout gave him a strong appreciation for the scout’s motto,

“Always ready to serve.”

He received his formal training in hospitality and restaurant management in Paris, but his inspiration comes from his mother, who always had a smile on her face while serving customers, no matter what.
