Anything can happen.” For Dan, the day he first saw Bananas Foster prepared at tableside as a 10-year-old boy was the day he knew he wanted to be part of the restaurant business.
Dan feels that the most important thing he can do as part of his job is to empower the staff.
“They’re the link between the restaurant and the guest.” Dan’s other passions include rock shows and perfectly mixed cocktails. Preferably at the same time.
